Preparation Time

After payment confirmation, all orders are prepared within 1 to 2 business days and shipped on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Delivery Area

We currently deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

Shipping Fees

Shipping is included for the purchase of a 50 ml bottle and the discovery set.

Estimated Delivery Times

For Switzerland and Liechtenstein, delivery takes 2 to 3 business days, from Monday to Friday.

Return Policy

You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return, only in the following cases:

defective product
product not matching the order
if the fragrance does not suit the customer.
To be eligible, the item must be:
unopened
unused
in its original packaging, with the seal intact.
For hygiene reasons, opened or tested perfumes cannot be returned.
The discovery set is non‑returnable.

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:
contact us by email at hello@elganaur.com.
include your order number and the reason for the return.
We will send you the instructions for returning the item.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer (except in case of seller error).

Refund

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will inform you of the approval or refusal of the refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
